The 1st day
Ashgabat
Meeting with a local guide at Ashgabat International airport. Transfer to hotel. Rest time.
Tour of Ashgabat: parks and monuments, “Ertugrul Gazy” mosque.
After lunch, visit an “Ancient Nisa” – the sanctuary of the Parthian kings (UNESCO world heritage site), continued visits to the mosque “Ruky” and the Mausoleum of the late President of Turkmenistan in the village “Kipchak”. Museum of history. With an extensive ethnographic section including a large collection of Turkmen ornaments, carpets, stuffed animals, a fully decorated Yurt and ceramics from the time of the Mongolian occupation. Archaeological section, artifacts excavated in Merv and Margush, ceramics, weapons, household items and jewellery.

The 2nd day
Sands of Karakum desert (280km)
A trip to north direction to the center of one of the biggest deserts in the world – “Karakum” and spend a night in tents in a place called Darvaza, in immediate proximity to our attraction – Gas crater.
In the evening we will observe the spectacular and fascinating view of the gas crater.

Dinner – picnic style.
Overnight at the tent.
The 3rd day
Damla (100km)
A trip through the most difficult parts of the Desert. Today we’ll pass 100 km to East through Unguz depressions and spend a night in Damla settlement, where we’ll stay in a yurt (home of nomads). Here you’ll taste national cuisine and feel the colour of life people of sands.
Regular-Jeep
Breakfast –picnic style.
Lunch – quest house.
Dinner – picnic style.
Overnight at the tent.
The 4th day
Barhan Sands -Ashgabat (280km)
Today we’ll pass 280 km to South. 120km of them are barchan sands. Lunch in a villadge Bokurdok. Only late evening we’ll come back to Ashgabat.

Overnight at the hotel Ak Altin- 4*
The 5th day
Ashgabat
After Breakfast, visit the Oriental Bazaar AltynAsyr”,see the beauty of Turkmen carpets and silver jewelry, Souvenirs. Continuing the tour route to the local horse farm to see the Akhal-Teke horses. Output of horses of different colors, riding a horse inside the farm. Coffee-break. Return to Ashgabat. See the evening illumination of the city. Dinner with folklore show program.

International airport of Ashgabat
